Tid Bits for the soul!

Heavenly Vision

Look up to the Heavens when your mind starts to wonder around and get caught up in worldly matters or selfish things. This is how a Christian can overcome the evils of this life. God is always waiting for us to reach to Him so He can show us His mighty power and unconditional love. As my children grew up, I always had a saying, "Mr. Want is not allowed here." He could not live with us in our home. He could not go with us when we went shopping or on vacation. Mr. Need, on the other hand remained a permanent addition to the family. Give Mr. Want the boot out of your life. Contentment will replace envy.
