Spiritual Senses

 

It certainly is a blessing to have eyes that can see and ears that can hear. They could keep you from getting hit by a train! I have a Grandson who can neither see nor hear. He is still blessed and God has supplied him with the eyes and ears of many who love him. What God refers to here, is your spiritual eyes and ears. How much can you learn from God? How receptive are you to the promptings of the Holy Spirit? Are the spiritual eyes and spiritual ears of your heart open wide to Him. It is not just a train he wants you to escape. It is the evil that is inborn, your sinful nature, Satan's darts, and the deceits of this world he would have you dodge! Come to Him with spiritual eyes and ears that hunger for His truths!
