Go Tell, Not Yell

"Lift holy hands" is a far cry from "up in arms." We need to understand that if we are in an arguement, God is not in that argument with us. Only when the smoke settles and reason is restored can the Holy Spirit begin to do His job of revealing truth, convincing and convicting the hearts and minds of His children. First we need to find what God wants to change in our belief or behavior. Then we can pray for Him to change the hearts of others. We must calmly back away from arguements about religion or anything else and allow God be in control. He is more qualified to handle our disputes. He told us to "go tell," not "go yell."
