The Bible Says:

"The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden
to work it and take care of it."
Genesis 2:15

Who Owns the Land?

part 2

When you look around at the earth, what do you think about what you see? Do you see all the wonderful works of God? Are you thankful that He loved you enough to give you the earth with all the beautiful trees, plants, animals, flowers, water, and the sky? He says you should help take care of it! He also says to do your work with a happy heart. You can ask God to help you with right thinking when you have work to do.

God knows that sometimes we don't want to work. We can become lazy and disagreeable when asked to do physical work. If this happens to us very often, we need to be ready for an attitude adjustment from God. Work is good for us. The attitude we have about the work we need to do is important to our well being. God tells us to work with joy in our hearts.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men..."

Colossians 3:23

Gramma's Critters are busy cleaning the forest. They remember how beautiful the forest is when it is taken care of. Liam Leapfrog has encouraged everyone to work hard with joy in their hearts. They will be happy when they look back on what they have done. God gave them strength and helped them with right thinking.

God made the earth. He created us to live on the earth and take care of it. It is better for us if we thank God for our blessings when we are working. Working with an attitude of gratitude will help us enjoy the task ahead and complete it more quickly. We can dedicate or work to the Lord! We should praise Him that we are able to do the work and enjoy the benefits of our labor!
