SCENE 8
Jonah in the whale as he ponders his mistake.

Jonah is a frightful mess.

Little Blue Fish comes swishing in.

SCENE 9

Little Blue Fish meets Jonah inside the belly of the whale!

They share their adventures with each other.

Nineveh is a sinful town.

They must hear

that God will cast them down.

A message of gloom,

He said it must be.

Make amends,

and mercy they could see.

I ran to the sea

to undo His plan.

I could not wish good

for evil man.

SCENE 10

Showing Jonah's memory.

Jonah sets sail, he appears to be hiding from God.

SCENE 11

In God's mighty power,

He sent a strong wind.

My voyage at sea,

quickly came to an end.

The crew, in fear

of what God would do,

Prayed for their safety,

and questioned me too!

I told them,

"In haste, I did rebel.

Throw me overboard!

My fate,

only time will tell."

SCENE 12

There is a storm at sea. The boat is in trouble.

Jonah is thrown overboard. The whale swallows Jonah.

This big fish came by

and swallowed me.

I'm feeling quite poorly,

as you can see.

I've thought of my error.

This is the third day.

If I could be free,

I would now obey.

SCENE 13

Back to the belly of the whale,

Little Blue Fish begins his tale.

My Dad's warning,

was really quite clear.

I should not wander

and choose to stay near.

Curiosity,

got the best of me.

I wanted to conquer

this big sea!

SCENE 14

Blue Fish in memory of his adventure.

Little Blue Fish looking innocent and frightened.

Treasures and riches,

I left to find.

I did not think

that He would mind.

I wandered,

and swam so cheerfully.

Now I'm sad.

I long for my family.

SCENE 15

Jonah and Little Blue Fish continue, with sadness.

We are both sorry.

We will choose to obey!

I'll ask for God's grace

to be with us today.

We need God's wisdom.

Let's ask for some!

We'll pray for mercy,

and guidance to come!

SCENE 16

Jonah and Little Blue Fish continue, with hope and joy.

You have spoken in faith,

and I too, believe!

I KNOW what to do!

We'll make this whale heave.

I'll tickle his throat!

Help me stir up this sand!

I'll find my way home!

He'll toss you on dry land!

SCENE 17

Jonah & Little Blue Fish outside of the whale, close to the shore.

The whale is swimming away in the background.

The suffering,

God rescued me from,

is quite clear.

I will take God's message

for all to hear.

SCENE 18

Jonah heads to Nineveh.

SCENE 19

Little Blue Fish yells at Jonah, while he is leaving.

Little Blue Fish heads for home.

My Dad will be angry.

I know I'm in trouble.

I must go home,

or my hardship will double.

My family is waiting.

I won't roam anymore!

When we've done as we should,

we will meet at the shore!
