Help for the Wanderer
(sharing Christ with others)

Greet new members and introduce them to
the class and the Critters.
Open the class with a prayer.
- Read the Bible Verse for the day!
- The Bible Says:
- "Teach them to obey everything I have
commanded you. And you can be sure that I am always with you,to
the very end." Matthew 28:20

- Objective:
- Teach the children to become disciples of
Christ. There are many ways to share Jesus with our friends.

- Talk with the children:
- Many of your friends are wandering around
lost. They don't know God because no one has told them that Jesus
loves them. No one has told them they need to accept His free
gift of forgiveness and ask Jesus to come into their hearts.
God is always with you when you tell others about Jesus. The
Bible is God's Word. In His Word, He points the way you should
go and what to say to others about Him. We can help those who
are wandering around in the world without the hope and love of
Jesus in their heart.

- Teach the children:
- We should remember, someone loved us enough
to point us in the right direction. God wants us to share the
Gospel (good news) of Christ. He places His love in us when we
are saved. Telling people the "good news" about Jesus
and how much He loves them is called "sharing the gospel."
Faith in God comes by hearing the Word of God. We were lost until
someone shared their faith in Jesus with us. We are learning
to know Jesus and can have a personal love relationship with
God because they did what God's Word told them to do. Sharing
the gospel is sharing God's love.
If you have not asked Jesus to live
in your heart, you can do that today!
Pray this prayer:
Father God,
I understand that I do bad
things. You call this sin. I ask You to fill my empty heart with
Jesus. I believe that Jesus is Your Son. He was punished for
my sins. He died for me on the cross because He loves me. He
lives again. Please forgive the bad things I have done. Thank
you for sending Your Holy Spirit to live inside of me. Help me
to be like Jesus. Thank you God, for your wonderful plan. I am
Your child! Jesus is my Lord and my very best Friend!

Jesus to come into your heart,
- please tell your Church School teacher
or Pastor that you did.
- They will want to guide you in God's
Word!

- Emmi Squirrel and Liam Leapfrog look like
they might go the wrong way. There are pretty flowers on the
other path. Cami Cub is a caring friend and she has already shown
Joshua Jackrabbit the right way. He is excited and happy because
now He can show others the only true path to the cave. Emmi and
Liam will not get lost. They have such loving friends.

- Repeat today's Bible verses.
- God wants us to care about others. He loves
everyone and wants them to know what Jesus has done for them.
If we do not tell them, they will believe the lies of Satan and
never really become God's child. Show others how Jesus lives
inside of you. Show His Great Love to a friend. Help someone
who needs your help. Forgive someone like Jesus forgives you.
Invite a friend to your church or Sunday school class. These
are some other ways we can share the gospel of Christ.
Worship God with music.
Activities:
Use crafts, games, puzzles, hidden pictures,
word search, mazes, and books to further emphasize the current
weeks' teachings. We are using the Bible Shapes Activity Book
this week.
Pass out the coloring pages.
Explain the daily devotions! Encourage the Kids to show these to their parents
and get help as they continue to learn how God takes care of
them through the week.
