Out With the Old

Our hearts can become burdened and heavy as we try to handle all the evil that is in this world. Our thinking can become ugly and bad times can cause us to become bitter. God can renew our spirit, purify our hearts, and give us His peace as He returns joy to our thinking. When our hearts get weary and tired we need to ask Jesus to renew our minds and remind us of all of our blessings. God is good and He will cause all things to work together for our good.

 

Path Connection Prayer

Lord Jesus,

I don't always understand why bad things happen. Bring new and good thoughts to my mind as you remove hurt and anger from me. I know You love me. I am thankful to be Your child.
