Excusing Grace

Sometimes we are hurt or upset because of someone's actions. We think there is no excuse for the way they have behaved. That is when we need to look at ourselves and remember how many times we have acted badly when there was no excuse for our own behavior. God gives us His excusing grace and we must remember to give it to others. He forgives us and puts up with our actions. Do not hold grudges against each other. Forgive others, as the Lord forgives you!

 

Path Connection Prayer

Father God,

Thank You for forgiving my bad behavior and for Your excusing grace through Jesus Christ. Help me to see when I need to forgive others as You forgive me.
