Stealing from God?

One way for God to help lead others to Him, and take care of the needs of His people, is through our offerings. God calls giving the first 10% of what we earn our tithe. When we give offerings to God in our church or Sunday school we help others know about Him. This helps His church to grow. It also helps take care of those who need help. They will know God through the goodness of our giving. When we don't give our first fruits to God, are we stealing from Him? We should ask God to teach us about tithing.

 

Path Connection Prayer

Father God,

Help me to know what is right about giving tithes and offerings to You in my church or Sunday school. I want to see others come to know You. I want to share my blessings.
