Joyful Parents

God wants us all to be happy. He wants our fathers and mothers to be glad He has given them a child. When we honor our parents and show them love and respect, we can see how happy it makes them. Sometimes the way we act can make them sad. Our parents can teach us what is right. When we do what is right we will help our parents to be joyful. Give Mom and Dad a special "thank you" hug today!

 

Path Connection Prayer

Heavenly Father,

I do want my parents to be joyful. Help me to learn good things from them. Help them love me the way You love me and be happy I am their child.
