Sabbath Day Law or Blessing

Our Sunday Sabbath day of rest and worship is a blessing for us. What God says is right, is very good for us and will keep us safe. Jesus came to show us what God says is true. He wants us to have a good life. We worship Him because we love Him. Resting is good for our hearts, minds, souls and spirit. Remembering how good God is will bring us peace and joy. Thanking Him and loving Him is good for us too! Sunday is a good day to rest and thank Him for all that He has done!

Path Connection Prayer

Heavenly Father,

I know when I worship on Sunday, it is very good for me. When I am resting, help me to count all the blessings You have given to me.
