Path Finder Lesson

Standing Firm

 

When we know what God says is true and Jesus lives in our hearts, we can stand firm against the devil. We can say "NO" to the things we know are wrong. We can see that the devil has no power over the children of God. God tells us if we call on the Name of Jesus to help us, Satan has to run away from us and leave us alone. It is important that we obey God so we can live under His Umbrella of Protection. We do not need to fear Satan when we obey God!

 

Path Connection Prayer

Heavenly Father,

I want to do what is right. I ask for Your Holy Spirit to help me as I choose to obey Your commands. Help me remember to say "NO" to the things that will harm me.

Jesus help me be strong,

Amen
