Commandment
Jesus says, loving
God more than anyone else will lead us to do what is right. If
we love God, we do not want to hurt God. Sin hurts God because
He knows it hurts us. Loving God with all our heart, soul and
mind helps us to say "no" to sin. It helps us to do
what is right because we love Him. We worship Him and sing praises
to Him because He is God and He loved us first. God's greatest
commandment tells us to love Him with all our heart, soul, and
mind. Obeying this commandment makes it easier to obey all the
rest of the Ten Commandments
He gave us in the Old Testament.
