One Who Promised

 

"Hope" is a big word in the Bible. It looks small and maybe the way we think about hope it doesn't sound very big. In Bible times the word for hope meant, "earnestly expecting." This is important because when we put our hope in God it means we believe fully that He is the only God, the faithful One who promises. We are sure of God's love for us. We are sure that His will is always best. We expect that what He says, He will do!

 

Path Connection Prayer

All Mighty God

You are the faithful One who promises. I can count on your promises to me. I want to know your perfect will and I put my hope in You, Lord!
